Cancellation Policy
CRAVE LUXE SKIN & INK SPABOOKING + CANCELLATION POLICY
To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable booking deposit is required. This deposit secures your reserved service time and helps us provide a smooth luxury experience for every guest.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may transfer their deposit one time toward a future appointment.
• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the booking deposit.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to an additional cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.
• No-call/no-show appointments will forfeit their deposit and may require full deposit payment before future bookings.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on service timing and availability.
